The second day at One generation was more intense. I started
the day with Tai Chi which was a lot harder than I expected. The patrons at One
Generation moved so smooth and seamless while I tripped over my own feet! After
that I headed over to the pool table room where again I was happily surprised.
All the gentlemen were so competitive, and so friendly. They schooled me on
pool, and it was clear they were much better than me so I gracefully declined
more matches, and I talked to them as they played. I learned a lot from them
about pool like why those dots on the table were there. I thought ping pong
would be much easier for me, but man oh man were they intense! They didn't play
easy; they were serious and extremely accurate. I played for 2 hours and didn't
win one stinking game. I left to help the kitchen and dispense food for the
patrons. They had a huge cake because it was the day they celebrate the
birthdays of the month. I helped clean up and even got a piece of cake, which
was very kind of them.
